Raha Kapoor is the most richest star kid in B-town – Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor house in Bandra

Building Dreams: Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's Lavish Bungalow Journey

Neetu Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor have been seen together visiting a nearly finished house in Bandra called the Krishna Raj bungalow. Alia and Ranbir, a famous couple in Bollywood, started building this dream house about a year ago.

They plan to name the bungalow, which costs around ₹250 crore, after their daughter, Raha Kapoor, making her one of the youngest and richest kids in Bollywood. This bungalow originally belonged to Raj Kapoor and his wife, Krishna Raj. Since Ranbir is their only grandson, he’ll inherit this family property.

In India, when you receive ancestral gifts like this, you don’t pay tax at that moment, but any money you make from it later on is taxable. Both Ranbir and Alia are investing their own money to build this dream home, which is expected to cost more than ₹250 crore in total.

Apart from this bungalow, they also own four flats in Bandra worth over ₹60 crore altogether. When it’s finished, their bungalow will be one of the most expensive in Mumbai, even surpassing Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa, according to insiders.

Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir’s mom, will co-own the bungalow, as she was made half-owner of all Rishi Kapoor’s properties before he passed away. Neetu Kapoor also has her own house in Bandra worth ₹15 crore. Once the bungalow is ready, the Kapoor family might move in together.

On the professional front, Ranbir Kapoor has movies like Ramayana and Animal Park lined up, while Alia Bhatt is part of an upcoming movie called Jigra, produced by Mahesh Bhatt.
